Inspiring Future STEM Leaders
For the past two years, Parents Challenge has offered a Girls STEM Camp that gives scholars hands-on exposure to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Girls explore STEM through interactive experiments, career assessments, and inspiring visits to organizations such as the U.S. Air Force Academy Planetarium, U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, and Leonardo da Vinci Museum.
More than learning STEM skills, the camp helps girls discover their strengths, build confidence, and envision themselves pursuing STEM careers. Donor support makes these life-changing opportunities possible.
NSCW - 2026 Event - January 24 - Colorado springs event center
Parents Challenge partners annually with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation to connect families with educational opportunities and empower parents to make informed choices for their children.
Our 2026 School Fair, held January 24 at the Colorado Springs Event Center, brought together more than 80 schools, organizations, and community partners and welcomed over 1,200 attendees. Families explored public, private, charter, homeschool, and other educational options while connecting with resources, activities, and community organizations.
This event demonstrates what is possible when schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders come together to put parents and students at the center of education.

2025 Community Service
Parents Challenge families love to give back to their community. This year, they were proud to have participated in COSILoveYou’s CityServe Day, a city-wide day dedicated to service and volunteering across the community.

2024 Rising Seniors
Parents Challenge offers their current seniors and those entering their senior year an opportunity to attend a FREE overnight leadership camp called Rising Seniors. The scholars learn team building and leadership skills while connecting with nature.
